Rosana Elias is Whitbread’s head of sustainability, where she spearheads company-wide sustainability and environmental, social and governance strategy through its Force for Good programme. During her tenure she has led the charge on Whitbread’s targets to halve food waste by 2030 and become a net-zero emissions company by 2040.
