Claude Xue is a consulting and valuation associate with the HVS Portland office. He graduated from Cornell University in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. While studying at Cornell University, he participated in Hotel Ezra Cornell, earned an associate’s degree in culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America, and completed minors in Real Estate and Computer Science.
