Anjani Gandhi is the founder of Bento Coach and is a consultant of Cayuga Hospitality Consultants. She is a passionate Human Resources Development and Coaching professional known for building robust organizational systems.

She has led multi-cultural, multi-lingual teams in various industries and across Asia, Middle East & Europe. Anjani has developed some amazing training programs, led the Human Resources side of mergers and acquisitions, created Self-Directed Teams programs & competency frameworks.

At Bento Coach, she is on a mission to make coaching convenient while bringing a “Can Do” attitude to every project that she undertakes.
