Robert “Bob” Jones is the owner of Great Waters Companies, LLC, a Massachusetts-based company founded in 2020. Bob’s 35+ years of hospitality experience started as a general contractor and progressed through multiple on-property roles in hotels in the US and Canada.

For over two decades, as Vice President of Engineering and Facilities, Bob had responsibility for as many as 410 Marriott-managed properties in twenty-three states in the US and over 20 countries in the Caribbean and Latin America.

Today, Bob works with Hotel and Senior Living Community Owners, Management, and Franchise Companies in asset protection and operational efficiency.
