Justin Jaret

Justin Jaret, Complex Director of Food & Beverage for Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, joined Hilton in 2018 as Director of Restaurants for Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.

Currently Mr. Jaret oversees 15 departments, including food and beverage and recreation, and manages banquet and catering operations, as well as the culinary and stewarding for both properties.

He has a well-rounded portfolio - from kitchen to management - where he developed the openings of multiple high volume restaurants on Walt Disney World property, working alongside James Beard award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, and serving as a private chef to several elite British families.

In his previous role as Complex Director of Restaurants for Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Mr. Jaret created and introduced the Bonnet Creek properties' private label collection to the beverage menu and has succeeded in having three of the top ranked restaurants on TripAdvisor, with La Luce and Bull & Bear, as well as Zeta Asia ranking in the top 10 and 15, respectively.
