Wendy joined Optii with over twenty years of experience in the hotel and hospitality technology industry. She began her career in various sales and marketing roles at independent hotels like Boston Harbor Hotel and Tucker's Point Hotel, which became a Rosewood property under her leadership.

Moving to the technology side, Zapach started her hospitality technology journey leading sales for the North Eastern U.S. Region at TravelClick, where she helped hotels manage digital transformation projects across a variety of hotel departments and technologies.

She later joined Alice (now Actable), to lead a growing sales organization where she transformed the company into a notable player in the hotel operations space.

Prior to Optii, Wendy led sales and marketing as Chief Revenue Officer at Lodgistics.
