Jon is the director at Hotel Theory which provides hoteliers an alternative to third party full scale management. He is also an owner himself with partnership in multiple hotel properties. Jon grew up in the hotel business running small motels with his family throughout his upbringing. Although now days the hotels are larger, the spirit remains the same.

Jon continues to work on the family hotel business with his brother and enjoys coaching, consulting and writing about the hotel industry to round out his time.
