He is proud to have been ranked among the top researchers in his field based on the number of publications in top-tier real estate journals, and his passion for teaching has been recognized with both university-level and school-level teaching excellence awards.

Furthermore, Dr. Mori is honored to have been awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship. Dr. Mori's research interests encompass various areas, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), the role of conspicuous consumption in housing markets and household finance, media sentiment's impact on commercial real estate transactions and tourists' behaviors, sustainable goals and investments in Real Estate and hotels, as well as investment strategies and risk management.
