Taylor Baca is the Director of Revenue Management at Kona Village, A Rosewood Resort, where she leads strategic initiatives to optimize revenue performance and drive commercial success. Taylor is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and concentration in Entertainment and Hospitality Management.

Taylor served on the HSMAI Rising Leader Council for Revenue Optimization (2023/2024) and was appointed to serve on the HSMAI Advisory Board for Revenue Optimization in 2025.

Recognized as HSMAI's 2024 Revenue Optimization Professional of the Year (Single/Multi-unit), Taylor is committed to contributing to the advancement of industry best practices and brings a deep passion for commercial strategy to every aspect of her work.

Taylor is council member of the Revenue Optimization panel.
