As Environmental Sustainability Manager for Whitbread, Sarah manages a wide range of projects and programmes, from Whitbread’s transition to net zero, through to reducing food waste. Sarah’s background is in biodiversity, having spent over 12 years working in international NGOs and the public sector.

Her particular focus has always been on monitoring and managing biodiversity, and helping governments and corporates get started with identifying metrics and understanding technical data needs.

She is now bringing her expertise to Whitbread to help on its biodiversity journey.
