With Master’s degrees from Cornell University in Product Management and Revenue Management, complemented by a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, I bring a strong foundation in product strategy, roadmapping, analytics, and iteration, combined with hands-on experience in forecasting, pricing, segmentation, and performance optimization. I specialize in leveraging platforms such as ReviewPro Guest Intelligence to transform large datasets into clear insights that inform both product decisions and commercial outcomes.

My career spans roles as a Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst, and CRM Manager, where I managed pricing strategies, demand forecasting, customer databases, and CRM-driven initiatives for luxury resorts and hotel groups. This background enables me to bridge product, commercial, and operational teams, aligning technology with real hospitality business needs.

In my current role, I also act as a Sales Engineer and Sales Enablement partner, supporting go-to-market teams through product expertise, solution design, client demonstrations, and post-sale optimization. I excel at communicating complex, data-driven concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping teams clearly articulate value and drive adoption.
