Frédéric Brayer was appointed VP Accor Tech Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems in January 2023. Based in Paris, France, Frédéric is responsible for defining and driving the technology strategy for Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems brands worldwide. With his global team, he ensures Accor Tech delivers the seamless hospitality experiences that meet the high expectations of luxury travellers.

Frédéric initially joined Accor as a Senior IT Analyst in São Paulo, Brazil in 2012. Over his career, Frédéric has played a fundamental role in the rollout of major tech projects, including Oracle ESB migration and FOLS deployment in Brazil.

In his most recent role as Head of Accor Tech Southern Europe, he led the department’s transformation, uniting the Mediterranean countries under one Hub, eliminating End-of-Life (EOL) assets, replacing Point of Sale (POS) technology, and integrating Level 1 Support in Southern Europe. Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from École Centrale d'Électronique in France.
