Andrew Paul

Andrew Paul is Managing Director of Americas Great Resorts, a luxury hospitality demand infrastructure company operating since 1993. He works with independent luxury hotels, resorts, and cruise lines on demand origin strategy, upstream guest acquisition, and the structural conditions that determine whether marketing investment compounds or resets.

AGR developed the Demand Origin Economics framework, which defines where hotel demand is first created, which party controls the guest relationship at that point of origin, and how the resulting intelligence, pricing leverage, and repeat-access rights compound over time. AGR also developed the Owned Demand Infrastructure doctrine, the upstream system through which independent luxury properties govern demand origin before intermediary comparison begins.

Andrew's work focuses on the structural gap between where a booking is completed and where the guest relationship actually originates and why thirty years of channel optimization has failed to close it.
