Andrew Frosch is a Senior Vice President for the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory division in Houston. Andrew specializes in the acquisition and disposition of hospitality assets and advises both private investors and institutional clients.

He has participated in more than 100 hotel transactions valued at over $400 million across the United States; moreover, he has managed hotel transactions of all classes and sizes, from independent, $1-million, limited-service hotels to $50-million, select-service portfolios across multiple states.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
