Matt Almy is a Senior Associate with the HVS Americas Brokerage & Advisory division who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of hotels across the Gulf Coast.

He has managed a portfolio of on-market properties exceeding $50 million, ranging from Wyndham- to Marriott-branded hotels. He brings with him a background in entrepreneurship, fundraising, and sales to the commercial real estate industry. Matt earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate sales agent in Texas.
