Vedika joined Horwath HTL UK as a Consultant in June 2023. With comprehensive experience in hotels from both ownership and operational sides, Vedika's projects included the development of two hotels – from feasibility to operational planning, creating two restaurants, a bar, and a spa from ground zero.

As an Environmental & Social Advocate, Vekdika established Sudima Hotels as carbon neutral & implemented a single use plastic free strategy and olidified Sudima Hotels’ position as the most accessible hotel group in ANZ. Vekika started her career in property with a rotational programme before executing strategy and development, including ESG.

Vedika has recently received her MBA from London Business School.
