Dancong 'Dannie' Li is a bilingual, Mandarin-speaking, Associate at the HVS office in Toronto. Dannie earned her Master of Science in Hospitality Business from the University of Houston and gained valuable experience by holding positions in various hotels in both Houston and Toronto during and after her academic pursuits.

The experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations from a global perspective, complementing the analytical skills acquired through her studies. Dannie became an Appraisal Institute of Canada Member in 2023 and is working towards her AACI designation.
