Marco Sandri

Marco Sandri is the Global Manager of The PLEDGE on Food Waste, an international third-party certification on food waste prevention for hotels, restaurants and canteens. He worked as a food waste consultant for several hotels worldwide and trained more than 200 F&B professionals in the UK, South Korea, Indonesia, China and Thailand.

Mr. Sandri is also a professional trainer for the course to become Accredited Consultant and Accredited Coordinator for The PLEDGE on Food Waste, and he has participated as international guest speaker in conferences in the US, Malaysia, Mauritius and Thailand. Finally, he holds an MA in International Hospitality Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
