Graham began his career as an electronics engineer before finding his passion in the IT sector. He brings nearly three decades of experience to the IRIS leadership team, including close to 20 years working as a vendor in the hospitality space across Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) solutions.

Graham joined IRIS in 2012 and has been instrumental in building the company's commercial foundations - leading sales and marketing and cultivating the major account partnerships that underpin IRIS's global customer base. His deep sector expertise, long-standing relationships, and passion for hospitality technology make him uniquely placed to drive IRIS's next phase of growth.

In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
