Ben Klein is a Senior Director at CBRE Hotels. Based in Washington, D.C., he leads the firm’s efforts with hospitality related investment sales in the D.C. metro area. Ben is part of CBRE Hotels Institutional Group, led by Bob Webster, giving him access to significant resources across the CBRE platform to share with D.C.-based hotel clients.

Additionally, due to the depth of his international hotel experience, Ben is able to connect CBRE investment sales in the U.S. with inbound international hotel investors.

Ben has over 12 years of hotel real estate experience, including five years with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) as an Investment Manager within their Global Hospitality team, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management for the sovereign wealth fund.

Prior to ADIA, Ben worked as an Associate in The Carlyle Group’s U.S. Real Estate group and began his career at LaSalle Hotel Properties. Ben holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
