"Data First, Talk Later" has always been my guiding principle. I founded Klartika, a consulting agency based in Zagreb, to help organizations transform their marketing technology and data ecosystems with a privacy-first approach. My background in IT and open-source systems allows me to build modern MarTech frameworks that integrate performance, transparency, and ethical data governance. I am also the Co-Founder of Elegia, the independent AI orchestrator for hospitality, where we design and implement bespoke, high-performance technology ecosystems that empower hotels to evolve intelligently in an age of automation and complexity. Having lived in seven countries and visited more than eighty, I have developed a broad, multicultural perspective on technology and business. When I am not developing digital strategies or deploying MarTech solutions, I explore my interests in open-source intelligence, geopolitics, specialty coffee, and craft beer. I currently live in Zagreb, Croatia, balancing my professional projects with the ongoing pursuit of well-crafted ideas and well-crafted drinks.
