Amy Read, Vice President of Innovation at Hospitality Solutions, is a distinguished leader with over 25 years of expertise spanning technology, AI, e-commerce, and digital marketing.  She is also a leading voice in the transformation of hospitality, operating at the intersection of commerce, data, and AI. Her career has been defined by rethinking how hotels engage guests, monetize relationships, and compete in an increasingly digital, AI-driven landscape. 

As previously the co-founder and CEO of Techsembly, Amy pioneered a new category of hotel commerce, enabling properties to unlock incremental revenue through digital gift cards, experiences, and curated retail marketplaces. The platform helped hotels extend their brand beyond the stay and build direct, lasting relationships with guests. Its acquisition by Sabre Hospitality (now Aven Hospitality) in 2023 signaled a broader industry shift toward diversified, experience-led revenue models. 

At Aven Hospitality, Amy spearheads innovation initiatives, most notably Concierge for Booking and the launch of Aven Hospitality’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) offering, the company’s first stage in AI adoption. She was instrumental in defining the AI strategy and roadmap, leading cross‑functional teams to identify high‑impact use cases and embed generative AI into the SynXis ecosystem.
