Bruno Strati is Co-Founder and Head of Sales of Brainy RMS, the AI-powered revenue management system designed for the hospitality industry, which integrates Eddie, the first agentic AI agent applied to hotel revenue management in Italy.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at international companies such as Best Western and Hilton, Bruno combines solid operational knowledge of the hotel business with specific technical expertise in data science, backed by a second-level Master's degree earned in 2022 with top honors. This combination allows him to speak the language of both hoteliers and technology, positioning him as a natural bridge between traditional revenue management and the new frontiers of intelligent automation.

At Brainy RMS, Bruno leads sales and marketing efforts on several fronts: from defining Eddie's positioning as the only truly agentic AI among Italian RMS solutions, to building an Italian-language sales playbook for the sales team, to managing negotiations with properties of every size — from small independent hotels to hotel groups with dozens of properties, including alternative accommodations and multi-property managers. Under his leadership, Brainy RMS has built a client base of more than 2,000 properties across Europe.
