James V. Andrews serves as National Practice Leader of Integra Realty Resources' (IRR) Hotels Specialty Practice Group and Senior Managing Director of IRR's Miami and Caribbean offices, one of North America's largest valuation and counseling firms. With more than three decades of experience, he has been actively engaged in valuation and consulting since 1987 across the USA and the Caribbean.

Before settling in Miami, Mr. Andrews spent more than 20 years in the Cayman Islands, where he co-founded Andrews Key Ltd., which became the IRR Caribbean office in 2012. Under his leadership, the firm expanded to the Cayman Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. Specializing in valuing a wide range of asset types, he focuses on hotels, resorts, marinas, restaurants, and golf courses.

He also excels in business valuation, handling assignments related to operating companies, real estate holding companies, and intellectual property. Mr. Andrews earned his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, became a RICS member, and was designated a fellow in 2008. He holds the ASA in Business Valuation and the CRE credential.

He has served on the International Relations Committee of the Appraisal Institute, the RICS Americas Valuation Council, and the Board of Directors of IRR.
