Brylynn Swayzer’s CBRE career began in June of 2022 after graduating from the Payne School of Hospitality at San Diego State University. Her work and experience within industry organizations contribute to Brylynn’s growing knowledge in her current hotel advisory position.

Brylynn has experience with feasibility studies, including market analysis and demand studies, as well as RFP for Developers, Brands, and/or Management Company Selection. Brylynn is currently working as a Consultant in the CBRE Hotels Valuation & Advisory East Division while being stationed in Washington, D.C.

Brylynn is also currently a trainee appraiser and is working towards becoming a certified appraiser.
