Expert in Regeneration, Niels co-founded Positive, a global initiative that has gathered over 200 businesses alongside numerous experts and academics, co-designed the Compass for Regenerative Business, and co-authored The Regenerative Enterprise.

Committed to business transformation, Niels co-founded Corporate ReGeneration International, supporting businesses to include nature and future generations in their decision-making bodies. He teaches Regenerative Entrepreneurship at Sciences Po Paris.
