I’ve worked in hospitality marketing for over 30 years. In 2000 I relocated to Cornwall to join Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and then in 2003 moved to Watergate Bay Hotel first as Marketing Director and then Brand Director delivering the brand strategy, marketing, sales and guest experience.
