Juan Sánchez-Villar is the COO of Caro Hotel (Valencia), as well as one of its owners. He holds a PhD in Marketing, a degree in Business Administration and a degree in Political Science.

He is an assistant professor at the University of Valencia and collaborates regularly with various business schools and forums specializing in tourism, strategy and innovation.
