Romy Abbrederis is the CEO and co-founder of Lobby. She grew up in her family's hotel in Liechtenstein, where she saw firsthand how much of hospitality runs on manual work behind the scenes. Before founding Lobby, she worked as a software engineer in core banking at Avaloq, building systems where accuracy and reliability are non-negotiable.

At Lobby, she brings both worlds together: a deep understanding of how hotels actually operate, and the engineering rigor to automate their most complex workflows.
