Serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Remington Hospitality, Rick Badgley leads People & Culture, HR Systems, Benefits, and Corporate Communications. With over 20 years of experience, he has held leadership roles at Brinker International, TOMS, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Starbucks, where he launched the renowned Starbucks College Achievement Plan.

Starting his hospitality career as a dishwasher at 13 and later as a GM, Mr. Badgley understands the industry from the ground up. A Johnson & Wales University graduate, he now mentors future hospitality leaders while driving talent development and culture at Remington.
