Like many people, I tripped my way into the hospitality industry and have been here ever since. My family ran a small motel when I was in college and so my introduction to hospitality began in the laundry room, progressing to housekeeping duty and eventually front desk.

After other ventures and entrepreneurial turns, I found myself back in the hospitality field. The thrill of something different each day and the idea that you are part of a team of individuals that help create a seamless experience for each guest that walks through your doors, is what makes this industry so unique and compelling.
