Carl leads the EMEA Hospitality Valuation team at Cushman & Wakefield, which is one of the largest real estate services firms with approximately 51,000 employees in 400 offices and 70 countries. He and his team provide advice to owners, investors and lenders in the hotel sector.

Carl specialises in hotels throughout the UK and also works extensively within the EMEA region providing advice across the sector from limited service hotels to 5 star luxury hotels and resorts. Carl provides valuation advice for loan security, accounts, taxation and internal purposes as well as providing professional advisory services including lease rent review advice.

A Chartered Surveyor with 25 years of experience in the hotel and leisure sector, Carl has previously held client side positions working in hotel asset management and transactional roles.
