Hotel General Manager with 19 years across CIS and Asia, working with IHG, Radisson Hotel Group and Marriott in branded, independent and multi-property operations. I take full P&L ownership and have a track record of turning underperforming properties into profitable, guest-focused ones. I've done it all, from pre-opening a hotel from construction stage, to running a 3-property cluster across two cities, to leading a full post-COVID commercial relaunch. I also led hotel operations for major international events — the 2018 FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euro 2012 and the 2014 IIHF World Championship — hosting national teams and VIP delegations. Throughout, I work closely with ownership on strategy while staying close to the team and the guest experience on the ground. Currently General Manager at Sole Mio Boutique Hotel & Wellness in Phuket, and involved in developing a new 5-star hotel project in the region.
