Currently serving as General Manager of Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa, Nicolas is known for his strategic leadership, deep regional insight, and commitment to sustainable and guest-focused innovation. With a background rooted in operational excellence and team empowerment, he brings a balanced perspective to hospitality management that values both profitability and purpose in equal measure.
