Adam White joins our panel with 17 years of hospitality experience from major market cities such as Irvine California, Fort Lauderdale Florida, Austin Texas and Savannah Georgia. His detailed experience in Rooms, Food & Beverage, Accounting, Security and Sales make him ideal to bring a wealth of in the field knowledge to help drive and lead the hospitality industry into a new time.

Adam has worked for major hotel brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Private Ownership groups fostering a strong culture, diversity, development and a thriving atmosphere with a strong sense of community in his hotels. "Culture has to be at the top of every GM and leaders list of importance, without a thriving culture with values, acceptance, compassion, passion, innovation, accountability, pride and strong sense of community it is hard to adapt and overcome our daily challenges we all face in today's hospitality industry.
