Thomas is a hospitality executive with 15 years of experience in the luxury hotel market in Paris and New York. He is the General Manager of Crosby Street Hotel, part of Firmdale Hotels, where he oversees operations with a focus on guest experience, team development, and long-term performance.

Thomas began his career in Paris before moving to New York, where he held leadership roles at The Peninsula and The Langham. He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and has completed executive training at Cornell University.

Outside of work, he enjoys biking in Central Park.
