Desiree serves as the Property Tax Director for the Pacific Northwest at CBRE. Her responsibilities include addressing clients’ property tax needs, such as annual reviews, appeals, forecasting, and pre-acquisition/pre-development tax estimates.

Desiree’s expertise extends to valuing hotels and lodging properties, and she supports CBRE’s Property Tax & Transaction team in reviewing and appealing hospitality-related properties across the United States.

Before becoming a Tax Agent, Desiree spent fourteen years involved in appraisals and feasibility studies for over 1,000 hotel and resort properties nationwide.

Her experience spans full-service destination resorts to hotels of varying sizes and orientations. Desiree holds the designation of Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
