Ashish is responsible for the operating standards, operations and financial performance of all resorts managed by ‘The Lux Collective’ in EMEA region across its four brands (LUX*, Salt, Tamassa & Socio) as well as helping develop and grow the brand in EMEA region. In 2023, Ashish successfully converted Marijani resort in Zanzibar to LUX* Marijani, Zanzibar in a very short span of time.

All of the hotels and resorts in his professional career have won several awards at both local and international platforms and have been recognized as the ‘best in class’ by trade partners and guests alike.

Ashish’s educational background includes an Executive MBA from National University of Singapore (NUS), General Manager’s Programme from Essec Business School, Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management certification from Cornell besides hotel management schooling and being a gold medallist graduate in Economics.

Ashish is a natural team leader with proven ability to lead by example, communicate, motivate and build teams. Ashish brings a wealth of knowledge in luxury hospitality, delivering operational and financial excellence, creating top-notch returns, and establishing successful partnerships with all stakeholders.
