Joined Rotana Hotel Management Corporation in 1997 and has played a key role in the growth of the company through a variety of responsibilities within hotel operations and corporate roles. Throughout tenure has been a key player and owner of the vendor evaluation, selection, project management and implementation of digital transformation and data management projects.

Critical areas of responsibility include driving digital transformation, improving operational efficiency and supporting the company's growth ambitions. Key to this success is leading cross departmental thinking and collaboration, in order to maintain a leadership position in these fields.
