Carla Shaw brings over 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality SaaS and professional services, with a history of delivering measurable growth and client success for organizations.

Before joining BCV – A RateGain Company, Carla served as Vice President, Growth & Client Success at Camber Creative, where she led growth strategies for both the company and its clients, including major global brands such as Stripe, BigCommerce, and GuideCX. Carla holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.

Outside of work, she is an avid traveler and explorer, with a passion for art, music, and culinary adventures.
