Renowned for pioneering automation and developing contactless guest experience solutions in prestigious properties such as Fairmont and Swissotel Singapore, Ahmed consistently set new standards for operational excellence and guest satisfaction in the industry.

Among their most recent achievements is the successful launch of “Shaheen” project, a groundbreaking “future hotels on cloud” initiative for AccorInvest, which involved the seamless migration of more than 300 hotels to a cloud-based platform.

Previously serving as Group Vice President, Technology at AccorInvest, they now bring their wealth of experience to their current role with the HSH Group, continuing to drive technological advancement and transformative change in the hospitality sector.
