Brian Dass is a multi-exit entrepreneur and infrastructure architect with more than 30 years in hospitality technology, payments, and distribution. He began his career inside hotel operations before moving into technology, where he co-founded and successfully exited two pioneering hospitality platforms: Timeless Hospitality (acquired by TravelClick/Amadeus) and Open Hospitality (acquired by Pegasus/Cendyn). Both companies helped define the early era of online booking engines, CRS connectivity, and hotel e-commerce—powering thousands of properties globally and reshaping how independent hotels competed in the digital marketplace. Across his career, Brian has helped more than 4,000 hotels worldwide modernize their distribution, reclaim margin, and improve commercial performance through technology innovation. Today, as Founder & CEO of OneJourney, Brian is focused on a more fundamental challenge: the economics of hospitality.
