As Regional Manager of Oceania for Booking.com, Todd Lacey leads and oversees Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Korea managing business growth, operations and strategy, based in the Sydney office. Lacey has been part of the Booking.com team since 2015. Prior to his current role, Todd acted as interim Country Manager for South Korea, responsible for the commercial performance of the business and developing partnership opportunities to grow accommodation supply. Before this, he was Country Manager for New Zealand, focused on building Booking.com’s alternative accommodation and home sector. He has also managed teams across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. In 2024, Todd was recognised in the AFR Boss Young Executives list which identifies outstanding executives in Australia who demonstrate leadership in the community, business, and have a strong track record of success.

Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
