Valerio  Sattin

Valerio Sattin spent more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, working across kitchens, dining rooms, and front-of-house operations on multiple continents. He has never written about hospitality from the outside. Everything in his work comes from the inside: from the slow changes that only someone on the floor could notice, from the gap between what luxury is supposed to feel like and what it has quietly become.
