With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have held various leadership roles, specializing in the training, consultancy, and development of future professionals in the sector. My career has been closely linked to teaching and training, with a particular focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR). I have worked as a lecturer in master’s and executive education programs at institutions such as Les Roches Marbella. I hold a strong academic background, including a Master’s in Sustainability and CSR and a Master’s in Pedagogy. Throughout my career, I have taken on key roles in Rooms Division and team management, leading strategic projects that optimized commercial performance as well as customer and employee satisfaction. I have also developed and implemented innovative sustainability and CSR solutions, always aligning these values with effective communication and a solid conceptual framework. My passion for a more sustainable hospitality industry, together with my ability to lead teams with an ethical and strategic approach, has been the foundation of my professional journey.
