Andrea Nicole Miles is a hospitality professional, service leadership strategist, and graduate student at the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Hospitality Management, with an expected graduation date of May 15, 2026. With over a decade of experience in hospitality operations, including luxury hotel management, corporate hospitality services, and hospitality education, Andrea brings both academic and industry insight to her work. She is the owner of Mae Bee’s Kitchen, LLC, a catering and food service concept focused on delivering intentional and experience-driven hospitality. Andrea’s professional interests center on service leadership, anticipatory guest experience, and hospitality brand strategy. She aspires to serve as a higher education professor and instructor, contributing to the development of future hospitality leaders through applied learning and industry-informed instruction.
