Daniel A. Hostettler is President & Chief Executive Officer of The Boca Raton and a distinguished luxury hospitality executive with more than three decades of experience leading premier hotels, restaurants, and private clubs around the world. Known for his visionary leadership and operational discipline, he has built a reputation for transforming iconic properties into world-class destinations defined by excellence, innovation, and enduring prestige. At The Boca Raton, Mr. Hostettler is guiding a landmark $375 million transformation of the historic South Florida resort and private club. A key milestone in this evolution was the unveiling of the re-imagined Beach Club in January 2025, setting a new standard for modern coastal luxury. The resort, celebrating its Centennial year, is the only Forbes Quadruple Five-Star resort in the Americas. Previously, Mr. Hostettler served for 12 years as President and Group Managing Director of Ocean House Management Collection, overseeing five award-winning New England properties. He also supports the advancement of hospitality education through leadership roles with New York University, the Cornell Hotel Society, and the Culinary Institute of America.
