Ethan Orley is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Oliver Hospitality and BNA Associates, established in 2010 to capitalize on opportunities in the hospitality and mixed-use real estate markets. At Oliver Hospitality, Ethan focuses on acquisitions, development, construction, operations, and dispositions, overseeing a portfolio that spans four states and 12 special purpose vehicles with a combined asset value exceeding $250 million. 

Ethan began his real estate career in Southeastern Michigan, acquiring land for single-family residential developments on behalf of his family’s real estate company. After graduate school, he spent seven years in New York City acquiring distressed debt. Ethan’s innovative approach has been instrumental in bringing unique projects to market, including Nashville’s first self-check-in hotel and a coastal retreat revitalized through a public-private concession agreement with the State of California.

Ethan holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
