Prior to joining Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina, Mr. Shaughnessy held senior leadership roles at several prominent Marriott properties, including JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Renaissance Hollywood, Anaheim Marriott and Marriott's Southwest Regional Sales Office.
