Edmondo Grassi
Edmondo Grassi is a researcher in Sociology at the Università San Raffaele Roma. His research interests focus on Science and Technology Studies (STS), the social transformations driven by artificial intelligence, the imaginary, posthumanism, gender, and complexity thinking. He is the Scientific Director of the European Fairy Tale Route for the Council of Europe and coordinator of the GT12 working group Récits, fiction, culture et société of the Association internationale des sociologues de langue française (AISLF). In 2024, he was awarded the AIS Young Prize as Best Young Researcher of the Year for his article Affective Intersections: Exploring the Ontogenesis of Human-Algorithm Relationships. He has published numerous scientific articles and two monographs: Per una sociologia algomorfica (FrancoAngeli, 2024) and Etica e intelligenza artificiale. Questioni aperte (Aracne, 2020).
